Welcome to Snappetite!

These Terms of service(“Terms”) govern your use of the Snappetite mobile application (the “App”) operated by ZooZoo Products (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Snappetite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App

1. Use of the App

Snappetite allows users to scan ingredients, receive recipe suggestions, save favorites, and access meal planning tools. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of Snappetite, you may need to create an account using your email address.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Keep your login information secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Snappetite are available through paid subscription plans (“Snappetite Pro”).

Payments are processed via RevenueCat and your App Store account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Account Settings.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. User Content

You may save recipes, ingredients, and notes (“User Content”) within the App.

By submitting User Content, you grant Snappetite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content:

Does not infringe on the rights of others
Is accurate and appropriate

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to Snappetite. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful content
Misuse, interfere with, or disrupt the App’s functionality

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Snappetite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappetite and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
